Adequate stay, some minor issues
delicious food convenient parking helpful service latch absence missing latch non-complimentary drink
I really LOVED that the lodge offered a restaurant. I ate dinner there. The food, presentation, and service were amazing!!! I also took advantage of the free rail pass. It provides access to nearby cities. Parking was convenient directly in front of the lodge.
The bathroom lacked a door latch. This caused some privacy concerns. Tea and coffee were not complimentary. I think they should be included.

dirty bathroom foul smell

The room I was assigned was not clean. I found hairs and dirt in the bathroom and under the bed. There was hardly any toilet paper upon arrival. A foul smell rose from the sink. The photos on the website definitely did not match the room I received.

basic stay with some issues
musty smell thin walls

the room wasn't especially clean. i saw dust and some old stains that housekeeping missed. the bathroom had a faint musty smell too. also, the walls are thin and i could hear noise from other rooms early in the morning. it disrupted my sleep a bit

The hotel location was close to the train station. About a ten minute walk. i had a great view of the mountains from the room. the restaurant was good and offered nice dinner options.
my room was very basic and lacked major amenities.
